OUR CHAMELEONS
There is a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee for any/each chameleon we have removed from availability to others, and is canceled prior to shipping. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, less a 6% credit card processing fee.

Any deposits/payments made (above the $50.00 non-refundable fee) which are not refunded within 30 days of receipt, hold no cash/refund value - store credit only. Store credit in the customer's account may be applied to a future purchase up to 1-year from receipt of payment.

Our chameleons are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight with an arrival time by 10:30 am to most areas within the United States (depending on your zip code). There is NO refund on shipping charges due to arrival delays. No exceptions.

To insure the best success for safe arrival, we require pick up at your closest FEDEX Ship Center (which is a hub - not a print/shp center such as Kinko's). Our live shipment schedule is Tuesday or Wednesday for Wednesday or Thursday arrival. Orders will be confirmed prior to shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.

Any/All Overnight shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to original shipments as well as any return/exchange shipments.
We have a 3 day health guarantee, beginning the day your chameleon arrives. We must be notified of any health problem or concern, within this 3 day period in order to maintain your warranty.

VERY IMPORTANT: Create a successful transition: We strongly recommend reading over our detailed care sheet so you know how your baby has been raised thus far and what we recommend going forward. Not doing so may unfortunately effect your 72-hr. guarantee.

A very important part of acclimating any new animal (dog, cat, fish, bird or reptile) is to begin with husbandry conditions/routines and diets your pet has been used to from the beginning. Doing otherwise can add serious risk to your pet's health & wellbeing, especially a chameleon. If you decide to change things about what has been his/her established care routine, lighting, heat, watering, feeding etc.), it should be done in a gradual way as to give your new pet plenty of time to adjust and an opportunity for you to see if these changes are creating issues or not. At NO TIME during our 3 day health guarantee arrival period, are our chameleons covered due to lack of proper & gradual acclimation away from care/feeding conditions your chameleon is used to, improper husbandry practices, mysterious, accidental or traumatic sudden death.

During the 3 day health guarantee period, we will not authorize or reimburse payment for any veterinary bills incurred without our prior written consent. Should authorization and arrangements be made to return a chameleon to us during the 3 day health guarantee period, the chameleon will need be be sent back in the same specialized shipping package he or she arrived in. We will provide a prepaid FEDEX Overnight return shipping label via email, and detailed packing instructions for safe travel. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the chameleon's safe arrival back to us (less non-refundable return shipping charges). Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, less a 6% credit card processing fee.
In any rare case of injury to a chameleon during transit, claims must be reported immediately upon arrival. We will help assess the extent of injury and advise as to further care. We will not authorize or reimbursement payment for any veterinary bills incurred without our prior written consent. If an authorized return is required, the chameleon will need be be sent back in the same specialized shipping package he or she arrived in. We will provide a prepaid FEDEX Overnight return shipping label via email, and packing instructions for safe travel. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the chameleon's safe arrival back to us (less any non-refundable shipping charges incurred). Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, less a 6% credit card processing fee.

ANY DOA claim must be made immediately upon arrival. No Refunds for any DOA claim otherwise. In addition, in order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for proof of death and further instructions. DOA's will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value (Any/All Overnight shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to original shipments as well as any return/exchange shipments). Any DOA credit which is not applied to a replacement animal, will be held in the customer's account to be used at a future date up to 1-year from receipt of payment.
DRY GOODS

Cages and dry goods are sent weekly via FEDEX Ground and take from 1-5 business days to arrive (depending on your zip code).

Products may or may not have manufacturer guarantees. Check manufactures' packaging for full details. Dry goods which are found to be defective within the manufacturer guarantee, will be replaced directly by the manufacturer. In any case where a defective dry good is returned directly to us for a refund, prior approval is required. The product must be sent back in their original packaging (all parts included) as required by the manufacturer. NO exceptions.  We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 48 hours receipt of defective goods. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, less a 6% credit card processing fee.

Any dry goods damaged during shipping, will be replaced by Kammerflage Kreations pending a damage claim made with the carrier (FEDEX).. Defective or damaged goods must be retained for possible return/inspection to either the manufacturer or the carrier (FEDEX).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We sell only BRAND NEW GOODS.  If dry goods are returned because someone changed their mind about ordering them, there is a 10% restocking fee and no refund on original shipping costs. The expense of returning these items, is the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in brand new condition and their original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

NOTE: Nothing which is returned to us opened, used or taken out of its original packaging, will be refunded.
